Ingredients

  • 500g pack Co-op white bread mix
  • 3 tbsp Co-op Irresistible cranberry and port sauce
  • 135g Co-op Somerset Brie, chopped
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, leaves picked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Co-op olive oil

Method

  1. Make the bread mix according to the pack instructions up to the point of shaping the dough
  2. Then, on a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to around 35cm square
  3. Cut in half diagonally to create two triangles
  4. Put one triangle onto a baking tray and spread with the cranberry sauce, then dot over the Brie and sprinkle with most of the rosemary
  5. Put the other triangle on top and press down, pulling out a little of the dough at the bottom to make a trunk, if you like
  6. Make nine cuts up the sides of the tree and twist the pieces, but don’t twist the top
  7. Brush with the oil and sprinkle with the rest of the rosemary
  8. Cover with cling film or a tea towel and leave to rise for 25-30 mins
  9. Preheat the oven to 230°C/fan 210°C fan/gas 8
  10. Bake the tree for 15 mins, until risen and golden
  11. Leave to cool before serving
