Phil Ponsonby, chief executive of The Midcounties Co-operative, said: “Helping the most vulnerable across our communities is a core part of our values, and I’m beyond proud of how our members and communities have come together to do this throughout 2020.
We know that this time of year can be difficult for many, and especially so this year. I hope that our donations go a small way to bringing some festive cheer and a smile to the faces of the children that these amazing organisations support.”
