Espresso Frapettini
Serves 2, Ready in 20 minutes
A classic cocktail with a caffeine kick and a creamy twist.
Ingredients
- 2 rounded tsp instant espresso powder
- 50ml Co-op vodka
- 50ml coffee liqueur
- 2 x 50ml scoops vanilla ice cream or vegan alternative
- Ice
Method
- In a mug dissolve the coffee powder in 4tbsp boiling water. Pour into a blender with the vodka, coffee liqueur and ice cream. Add 4-5 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Leave to settle for a minute, then pour into two chilled martini glasses. Decorate with a pinch of coffee powder, swirling with a spoon, and serve.
