Vote on Proposed Merger
Your vote is vital as we consider the potential merger with Central England Co-operative. We encourage all eligible members to attend and cast their vote on this historic decision.
Overview
This is the first of two formal Special Members' Meetings where members will vote on the proposed merger with Central England Co-operative. The outcome of this meeting is crucial for the future direction of The Midcounties Co-operative.
Note: In accordance with our Rules, a second meeting is required two weeks later to confirm this resolution. Please ensure you also book your place for the second Special Members' Meeting on 2 December 2025.
Meeting Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to consider, and if thought fit, pass a special resolution allowing the Society to transfer its engagements to Central England Co-operative Limited and proceed with the proposed merger.

Voting Eligibility: You must have been a member on or before 17 May 2025 in order to vote.
To ensure you can attend and vote, please book your place as soon as possible. Both in-person and online attendance must be registered in advance.
