Special Members’ Meeting | 20 January 2026 6:00 - 6:30pm

Notice is given that a Special Meeting of the Society will be held on 20 January 2026 at 6pm to consider and, if thought fit, approve compensation payments of £5,500 each, payable to certain directors for loss of oce on account of the transfer of engagements of The Midcounties Co-operative Limited to Central England Co-operative Limited which is due to complete on 26 January 2026.

Please note, in accordance with the Rules of the Society, you must have been a member on or before 20 July 2025 in order to vote.
