Throw them into this delicious Eton Mess dessert

Ingredients

  1. 200ml Co-op double cream
  2. 100g Co-op 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
  3. 1 tbsp orange juice, plus orange peel, to serve
  4. 2 Co-op Irresistible Luxury mince pies
  5. 2 Co-op Irresistible meringue nests
  6. 2 tbsp Co-op Irresistible cranberry and port sauce

Method

  1. Whisk the double cream to soft peaks in a bowl
  2. Stir in the yogurt and orange juice
  3. Crumble the mince pies and meringue nests into large chunks, then stir through the cream mixture along with the cranberry and port sauce
  4. Divide between serving glasses, then scatter with orange zest to serve
