Ingredients

• 4 Co-op chocolate brownie bites, cut into small pieces
• 8 small scoops Co-op chocolate fudge brownie ice cream
• 2 x Co-op Irresistible chocolate and hazelnut cookies, crumbled
• 2 tbsp chocolate sauce
• 20g pistachios, chopped
• 20g hazelnuts, chopped
• 6 tbsp squirty whipped cream
• 2 tsp rainbow sprinkles

Method

1. Divide the chocolate brownie pieces between 4 sundae glasses
2. Top each with a scoop of chocolate ice cream, followed by the cookies and another scoop of ice cream
3. Finish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, a sprinkle of nuts, some squirty whipped cream and some rainbow sprinkles
