Elderflower fizz

Ingredients

• 1 orange
• 100ml Co-op Irresistible sparkling elderflower pressé
• 200ml Co-op Irresistible prosecco
• Basil leaves, to garnish

Method

1. Start with a garnish: peel two long, thin strips of zest, avoiding the white pith, from the orange and twist, then set aside
2. Divide the elderflower pressé between two Champagne flutes, followed by the prosecco
3. Garnish with basil leaves and the orange twists to serve
