Overview

This second Special Members' Meeting is required by our Rules to confirm the resolution passed at the first meeting, should it be approved by members. We urge all eligible members to attend and exercise their final vote.

Note: This meeting is conditional on the special resolution being passed at the first Special Members' Meeting on 17 November 2025. If you have not yet booked your place for the first meeting, please do so here.

 

Meeting Purpose

On the basis that the special resolution is passed at the first meeting (17 November 2025), the purpose of this meeting is to consider, and if thought fit, pass an ordinary resolution confirming the special resolution to proceed with the proposed merger.

 

Meeting Details

• Date & Time: Tuesday, 2 December 2025 at 6:30 pm until 8.30pm

• Location: Co-operative House, Warwick Technology Park, Warwick CV34 6DA

• Format: Available to attend in-person or online

• Voting Eligibility: You must have been a member on or before 2 June 2025 in order to vote.

To ensure you can attend and vote, please book your place as soon as possible. Both in-person and online attendance must be registered in advance.
