Co-operative Travel Celebrates Return To The High Street

Co-operative Travel branches are opening their doors once more, as part of a phased return to the high street.

All our branches will initially operate an appointment-only system. You can book your appointment via www.cooptravel.co.uk/request-an-appointment and, when the appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a voucher for £75 off your next holiday!*

Many branches opened their doors this week, following a successful trial reopening of eight stores that welcomed customers back from 15 June. Some branches are set to open in mid-July, but are now taking appointments via the website.

We are thrilled to be reopening our high street branches and look forward to seeing you soon and making your holiday dreams a reality. By carefully following government advice, we have found new ways of working that mean you can visit our expert travel agents in store once again, to plan holidays for this year, in 2021 and beyond.

To safeguard you, and our colleagues, the branches will operate with a reduced number of staff to ensure safe distancing of desks and services, and we will limit the number of people in the branch at any one time. Protective screens have been mounted at desks, PPE will be worn by staff, hand sanitiser provided and a rigorous cleaning schedule followed. You are welcome to wear personally provided PPE, but this is not mandatory.

Co-operative Travel offers the widest possible choice of holidays, backed by totally impartial advice. Our branches are not tied to any particular tour operator, like many high street agents and online sites are, so our colleagues sole focus is on finding the best holiday for you.
