Terms & Conditions 

To enter the prize draw, entrants must spend £30 or more and scan their Central Co-op, Midcounties Co-op or Chelmsford Star Co-op Membership card or App when shopping in any Our Co-op Food store (Central Co-op, Midcounties Co-op or Chelmsford Star Co-op branded food store) between 15th March and 4th April 2026. Only Midcounties cards used in Midcounties stores, Central cards used in Central stores, and Chelmsford Star cards used in Chelmsford stores with qualifying spends will be included within the prize draw due to current operating systems prior to full Society integration.

Each time a Central Co-op, Midcounties Co-op or Chelmsford Star Co-op Member shops, spending £30 or more and their Membership card or App is scanned, they will be entered into the prize draw. Two winners per week will be selected at random from all entries who will win a Fairphone Gen. 6. Prize is a handset only.

Central Co-op, Midcounties Co-op and Chelmsford Star Co-op colleagues and any temporary card holders are excluded from the prize draw. Any orders through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat are excluded from the prize draw.

The draw will take place no later than 14th April 2026. The Promoter will notify the winner within 14 days. If the prize is not claimed within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to contact an alternative winner. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that they believe to be fraudulent or non-compliant with the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time. No cash equivalent is available.
