Your Co-op Travel - Autumn 2025 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Your Co-op Travel with registered office at Midcounties Co-operative Travel Support Centre

2. The Competition

The title of the competition is: Win £500 in Your Co-op Travel vouchers to be redeemed against any holiday available with Co-op Holidays, a product of Your Co-op Travel. No cash alternative, no minimum spend applies. If holiday is over the value of £500 then it is with the winner to top-up the balance of the holiday. Offer can be withdrawn at any time and further terms and conditions may apply.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The competition will run from 2^nd September 2025 to 21^st September 2025 inclusive.
3.2. To enter, participants must complete all the questions, enter their name and email address and submit the member survey by the closing date of 21^st September 2025.

3.3. No purchase necessary.
3.4. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3.5. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, who are members of The Midcounties Co-operative.

4. Eligibility

4.1. The competition is not open to employees of the promoter, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
4.2. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

5. The Prize

5.1. One winner will receive holiday vouchers from Co-op Holidays up to the value of £500.
5.2. The winner may choose the destination (subject to availability and safety restrictions) and travel dates, which must fall within 12 months of the winner being notified. 
5.3. No cash alternative will be offered.
5.4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and subject to availability.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
6.2. The draw will be conducted on 24^th September 2025 and the winner will be notified via email within 14 days.
6.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.

7. Publicity

7.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the competition.
7.2. Personal data provided will only be used in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
8.2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant.

9. General

9.1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary.
9.2. The competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
