This documents sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the participation in the relevant prize draw. The Midcounties Co-operative Limited reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
The prize draw promoter is The Midcounties Co-operative Limited, Warwick Technology Park, Gallows Hill, Warwick, CV34 6DA, UK (“Promoter”).
How to participate;
- To take part, you must complete and submit the survey before 23:59 on the 25th of November 2025.
- This prize draw is free to enter.
- There will be two winners. The prize is a £100 voucher to each winner, which is redeemable in any business operated by The Midcounties Co-operative Limited, including Childcare, Food, Travel, Mobile or Broadband.
Restrictions;
- The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families or agents.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for data corruption, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries which fail to be properly submitted.
- Only 1 survey entry is allowed per person. This means that no matter how many surveys are completed, only 1 of the responses will be put forward for the Prize Draw.
The Prize;
- There will be one prize draw, and one winner. The prize draw will take place by the 27th of November 2025.
- The winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all completed and valid survey entries.
- Prizes must be accepted as offered and are non-transferable.
- No cash alternative is available.
Notifications;
- Winners will be notified by email on the working day following the prize draw. The prize must be claimed within 5 working days of receiving the notification. If the prize is not claimed for whatever reason, a redraw will take place. The Promoter's decision is final, and the Promoter shall have no liability to the original winner.
- If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner or the prize is not collected, an alternative winner may be drawn at random, and the Promoter shall have no liability to the original winner. The prize will be delivered to the winner by mail. Should the winner be unable to confirm their preferred mailing address, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner and shall have no liability to the original winner.
- The Prize Draw will be administered by The Midcounties Co-operative Limited and by completing a survey entry form you agree to The Midcounties Co-operative Limited using your details for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw.
- By completing a survey entry form, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Data Protection:
- The Promoter will never release your personal details to any company outside of The Midcounties Co-operative for mailing or marketing purposes. The Midcounties Co-operative will use your details for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw only.
- The Prize Draw will be governed by English Law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdictions of the English Courts.
