Staying Safe in Our Food Stores
In line with government guidance, please wear face makes in our stores, unless exempt.
COVID measures in place:
Stores will be cleaning twice daily.
In some stores, at busy times we are limiting the number of customers allowed in store at any one time.
We have protective safety screens at till points and checkouts in all our food stores.
We have sanitiser units in all our stores for customers to use.
We are encouraging the use of contactless card payment (£45 Limit) methods wherever possible. We continue to accept Apple Pay and Google Pay as a method of payment.
Home Delivery Service:
We are pulling out all the stops to support the most vulnerable members of our communities. We have a home delivery service for people who are self-isolating and can’t get out to shop for food. If you, or someone you know, need our help, you can find out more by clicking here.
Call and Collect Service:
If you're over 70 or shielding you can get 10% off your shopping bill when you use our Call & Collect service. A full list of products are available online at mid.coop/callandcollect which you can collect from your nearest food store.
