- 80g Co-op Fairtrade dark chocolate, chopped
- 8 almonds
- 8 dates, stoned
- 4 tsp rainbow sprinkles
1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
2. Meanwhile, push an almond inside each date.
3. When melted, remove the chocolate from the heat. Stir the dates into the chocolate until they’re evenly coated.
4. Tip onto a plate lined with greaseproof paper and scatter the sprinkles over.
