If you’re considering your childcare options, join this upcoming members’ event to find out more about:

- the impact Covid has had on children, and
- how you can support your child in making the transition from nursery to school.
Hosted by Your Co-op Childcare’s Quality Excellence Manager, Babita Saroy, and Head of Educational Excellence, Bethany Patrick, this event will help you get to grips with what you should expect from Early Years providers.
You’ll also find out how our Little Pioneers nurseries prepare children to become great citizens and achieve their full potential.

Bethany Patrick
Head of Educational Excellence
Bethany has a wealth of experience across the Early Years sector. She and her team work closely with our nurseries to ensure they are offering high-quality learning and care to our children.
Bethany is also an Ofsted inspector and is currently working with Department for Education on a Covid recovery scheme to support children and families who have been impacted by the pandemic.
Babita Saroy
Quality Excellence Manager
Babita has worked in Early Years for over 27 years and has been with Co-operative Childcare for 10 of those. By providing excellent training and support she continually improves outcomes for our children and is passionate about embedding our co-operative values.
She has worked with many institutions, including the Department for Education and the I Can charity.

How Can I Join the Event?
This online member event will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, which gives you the opportunity to have an open discussion with our speakers in a face-to-face video call.

Here are some top tips to help you make sure you have the best experience when you join our event on Microsoft Teams:
Internet Speed
To make sure that you can watch and get involved in the event without interruption, you'll need to make sure that your internet speed is at least 1MB per second. You can test your internet speed by clicking here.
Location
Before you join the event on Microsoft Teams we recommend that you find a quiet space where you are unlikely to be disturbed, be sure to check your internet speed in this location, as speeds and signal strength can vary depending on how far you are from your router.
