Our Speaker
Beverley Capewell
I’ve been working within the Early Years and Further Education sectors since 1991.
I have held varying roles across the Education sector, commencing my career in Nursery and Primary schools, leading into teaching in the post-compulsory sector in 2002. I then worked my way up in to finally becoming Faulty Head of Early Years, Health and Social Care and Counselling within a large Further Education college located across Oxfordshire.
I joined #yourcoop Midcounties Cooperative in 2014 and started my Coop journey as a Childcare Area Manager.
I was then successful in being promoted to People Development Manager still within the Childcare Group, which comprised of all aspects of formal training, Apprenticeships, strategic Further and Higher Education partnerships, Talent Management and Recruitment.
I am now the Head of HR for Childcare and work in a HR business partnering capacity to Sally, our Chief Operating Officer, and the SMT, to support the group strategic people plans.
