Ipsum is a mental health and wellbeing centre providing support in Swindon and the surrounding area.
The group aims to address issues such as mental, psychological and emotional health, and loneliness and isolation. It does this by increasing self-esteem, encouraging an active lifestyle and helping promote positive change. Ipsum offers a range of therapeutic interventions, including talking therapies, music and art.

STEP Swindon
STEP is a charity providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people aged 7-18 who are experiencing isolation and exclusion in Swindon and the surrounding area.
The group works with young people to help them build essential skills and manage their own lives. These skills include assertiveness, anger management, self-confidence/esteem, communication and teamwork. STEP provides a range of projects based on activities young people want to look at, and deal with, significant issues in their lives.

Swindon 105.5 Community Radio Station
The community radio station provides a truly local, inclusive and accessible broadcasting and training service. The charity provides unique opportunities for individuals to learn new skills and share their knowledge and experience with others, while helping provide a radio service for Swindon, engaging with and supporting the local community.
The group provides a place for autistic people to develop their production and social skills, a location for isolated community members to drop in and lend a hand and it acts as a vibrant hub where every item has been donated, built or procured socially and locally. The spirit of co-operation is thriving at the station and people, old, young, and with a range of abilities, can build skills while feeling at home.
