What they do - if you have an appointment at a local doctors, medical centre, dentist or hospital on a weekday and find travelling by public transport difficult due to age, infirmity or disability, then Good Neighbours can provide transport to take you door to door. They can also provide car transport to attend local groups meetings, etc. They also run a door to door minibus service on a regular weekly basis to the Co-op at Park Parade, Hazlemere. The Park Parade run is on a Wednesday morning.

Find Out More
The Red Kite Family Centre provides a range of sessions for Mums, Dads, carers, babies and pre-school children! This family friendly centre provides services across Thame, Chinnor and the surrounding villages and some mobile services providing both parents and their children with resources and activities to enhance both physical, mental and social development.
Update from Amy Spice, Red Kite Family Centre Leader
'We are pleased to let you know that since the re-launch of the Centre in April the Family Centre has served over 600 under 5s in the local community through many of the groups it is able to provide. These groups are delivered by the centre staff and their partnership with health and volunteers so that there is a service for all the different needs of families with young children including groups for young parents, children with disabilities and male carers.
The Centre is a busy, sociable site where parents can offer suppor to one another whilst trained staff are also on hand to help children learn and support when parents are facing difficult times. We are so grateful to the Co-op to their help in keeping this wonderful service in Thame - thank you from all of us here at Red Kite.'
