Society Rules

The Society has a set of Rules, approved by its members. Effectively, these serve as the Society's constitution. The Rules set out amongst other things, what the Society can do, the remit of the Board, who can be members, who can be Directors, rules over the distribution of profits, how member meetings are run, rules about mergers and takeovers, etc. etc. They form the backbone to the way the Society works.
