Society Governance
The Society is owned and controlled by its members, a feature common to all co-operatives. Given this, the Board regards good governance, which concerns itself with the way the Society is run on behalf of its members, as an essential foundation.
These web pages aim to give an overview of the Society's governance policies and practices. Hence, there are pages on the Society's structure, its Rules, the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and other key governance areas.
